Sea Daisies

Unless the quantity of heat being introduced into the Earth atmosphere and oceans is reduced and/or the quantity of heat already in the system is somehow transformed into work, or removed, we are doomed, and quite soon.

Sea Daisies are sea surface sun reflector structures of six hexagons around a central hexagon that could be deployed in vast numbers in equatorial oceans, especially the present dead zones.
They could use recycled plastics mined from the garbage patches. The reflector material could be PTFE engineered to allow greens and higher frequencies to pass through, but reflect IR and reds back into the atmosphere to reduce heat absorbed by oceans.
The central hexagon could be a solar powered shepherd hexagon that can work in a network to maintain the geolocation of the flotilla.
In addition, they could become floating Lime dispensers to aid in ocean deacidification.
Perhaps they could be adapted to take the heat to do some kind of work, be it desalinization or production of H2O2 from seawater.
Coastal communities could take adapted "daisies" to anchor over coral reefs to protect from bleaching.
Not sure if the frames would be inflated, use hard PVC, or maybe expanded hydrophobic foam.

Sky Lotus or Halo Heat: Hydrogen Assist Loft Heat Exchange Across the Tropopause.
These devices would be situated near the poles where the tropopause may be only one km above the Earth's surface, as compared with 10 km at the equator.
Six hexagonal tubes around a central hexagon tube several hundred meters long that can float at an altitude which would allow them to extend from the troposphere through the tropopause and into the stratoposhere.
Comprised of sections like bamboo. At these intersections, torus shape balloons of hydrogen could provide the lift for these tubes.
The six outer tubes would move hot air that accumulates at the upper levels of the stratosphere upward, into a series of radiator "petals" to lose that heat to the very cold air that accumulates at the lowest levels of the troposphere. The single central tube is for the chilled air to move downward.
The tubes can be covered in heat accumulating fabric which aids in heating the air in the tubes producing part of the force needed to raise the air.
The other benefit is that these long tubes create long shadows on the landscape which can reduce heat received by the ground, especially if large arrays of these tubes can be made and deployed, whether at the arctic sea or around it on ground in Canada, Scandanavia, etc.

I've got a few crazy ideas that have been festering in my mind for several decades on how to deal with the extra heat that the Earth has been gathering over these years, waiting for "The big men in charge" to take care of us, and still I'm waiting in vain.
I know that the focus has been on emissions for many years, unfortunately, we've seen nothing but resistance to any rational plan for dealing with them.
As I've often said, without some truly transformational technology I don't see how humanity could possibly decrease the greenhouse gas concentrations to the pre- industrial levels that would be needed to allow for the accumulated extra heat in the earth system.
At this point, it seems to me that it is the heat that must be addressed with whatever technology is available now.
I've waited for years and years for the technologists to invent "Space Mirrors" to reflect sunlight, or injecting Sulphur Dioxide into the Upper Atmosphere over the poles to achieve a similar effect.
Any kind of Geoengineering scheme, anything,? nothing, but lots of sports events all over the world.
Giant cruise ships...Cruise ships... uggh.
However, given how slow progress has been on attacking the "Great Garbage Patch" problem, it seems there's no group of scientists, engineers, and financiers tackling the heat problem directly, only on replacing energy generation from fossil fuel to renewable, which is of course a noble and hopefully lucrative goal, but will not solve the imminent threat of the ice caps being shed in the five or so years, as they are certain to, after which it's runaway feedback loop, with methane unfreezing from the steppes as they are already, but with an unstoppable ferocity.
Unless the quantity of heat being introduced into the Earth atmosphere and oceans is reduced and/or the quantity of heat already in the system is somehow transformed into work, or removed, we are doomed, and quite soon.
This is the simple truth which supersedes any efforts at mitigation, at this point it is the heat already in the system, not just the rate at which the atmosphere is being further polluted.
Anyhow, I just need to unburden myself and share them with someone else, of course with the greatest hope, that a group of hero engineers, scientists and venture capitalists could take the basic outlines ideas and turn them into reality.
Here are a couple of ideas:
